Academic Year 2023-2024 Scholarship
The Academic Year 2023-2024 application year is open until April 19, 2024.
Applications will not be accepted beyond April 19, 2024.

Applicants must be graduating seniors from Vicksburg High School and Warren Central High School. Applicants are evaluated in the areas of academic achievement, extracurricular activities, leadership, and overcoming a challenge/hardship. Trustees of the Brown Family Trust A determine winners on behalf of The General John M. Brown and Alice Foster scholarship after a careful review of all the applications.
The following items are required for the application:
Application form to be filled out and submitted as a pdf
High School Transcript
Headshot Photo (preferably senior photo, to be posted on the website)
Letter(s) of recommendation or endorsement
Essay (250-500 words) discussing challenge or obstacle overcome
